Key Impressions created in 2002, specializes in real estate enhancement. The company serves as a marketing arm for realtors and sellers alike helping to prepare a home for sale, showcasing its best qualities and obscuring its deficiencies.
If the home is occupied Key Impressions will perform “a complete makeover” utilizing what is in the home in a more creative and perhaps less cluttered way. Suggestions are initially made to enhance the outside of the home creating curb appeal followed by a complete consultation that may entail changing outdated flooring and wall colors to rearranging the furniture.
Quite often the home is vacant and it is necessary to furnish the key living areas creating warmth and a positive emotional response from a potential buyer. Key Impressions provides their owns furnishings, eliminating the need for third party rentals. This enables the designer the ability to work quickly using the right sized furnishings necessary without relying on what a rental company has in stock at the time. It also provides a wider range of unique furnishings and the colors necessary to liven up a particular room.
It doesn't stop there however… after the house is sold and the seller moves on, quite often they need help in their new home adding color to their new surroundings and replacing furniture that just doesn't work anymore.

Kim Furman

Kim Furman discovered her true passion when she was introduced to Home Staging™ through Barb Schwarz in 2002. With a background in sales and marketing, she has combined her people skills and eye for detail along with an innate sense of design and color to work with home owners, realtors and sellers to enhance their properties, increasing their overall investment.

Kim also specializes in color consultation, decorating as well as project management supervising simple to extensive remodels; choosing finish details, fixtures and furnishings throughout.

Adrienne Reynolds

Adrienne Reynolds is a professional Feng Shui consultant with an M.S. in psychology. She has studied color theory, design and energetics. Adrienne has blended her background of various skills and talents with the business of home enhancement. Joining Key Impressions in 2003 Adrienne applies her Feng Shui principals to the art of home staging.
